How to have Carefully Planned funded by the NDIS?

Carefully Planned is a Registered NDIS Provider. We are registered under 0124 and use the line item code:

03_222100911_0124_1_1 – Low Cost AT Communication or Cognitive Support

Self-managed

If you are self-managed, you can process through the sign up process and pay via stripe and use your receipt to submit to the NDIS for reimbursement.

Plan-managed

If you are plan-managed, you can process through the sign up process and select ‘plan manager’ so that invoices are emailed through to your plan manager for payment. Please note that invoices are to be paid within 10 days of being received.

NDIA-managed

Please send us an email at support@carefullyplanned.com.au to be able to sign up and have your invoices submitted through the myplace portal.
